To date, all of our athletes have shown tested improvement in the  test we administer.  It is common to see our athletes improve their 40yd dash time by .5 seconds, improve their vertical jump by 1.5 inches, and improve their multidirectional speed in the T-test by .5 seconds.

You should be very proud of what you offer young kids...and you leave an impression for the athletes that I know they will take with them as they grow and compete in sports in the years ahead…. I completed an Olympic Triathlon and hit my goal time…  I had my Sprint Triathlon and took 4 minutes off my time which is a lot of time for a sprint… I do the dynamic warmup before each race and it has been great! I have been injury free and recovering more quickly than previous years!
